Sister Cities International Annual Conference

LBQA Vice President of Membership, Dinh Montane, was invited to speak at the annual International Sister Cities Conference in Spokane, WA, on the topic of Inter-Cultural Communications on a day dedicated to Sino-American Relations.  Over 300 international sister cities delegates from around the world are expected to attend the conference.  "Connecting Global Villages" is the theme of this year's conference and the activities include an international marketing place and dragon boat racing.
